The latest in technology is the Auto 40 Cheese Cutting System (Patent No. US #7,540,221 B1). Designed to be a fully automatic cheese cutting system, it can accommodate 40 lb. (20 kg.) incoming cheese blocks through a patented cutting and denesting operation, providing portion cut sizes from 8 oz. to 32 oz. chunks. With this unique design, we can achieve portion cutting speeds up to 160 ppm with minimal trim and product giveaway.
