Blend Hoppers, designed by Marchant Schmidt with sanitation in mind, are available in a broad range of models to fit a variety of applications. The Blend Hoppers are designed to process viscous products that need to be fed into a pump. The sanitary design includes a spur gear driven twin auger with various discharge arrangements. Auger diameter, flight style and pitch are based on specific requirements. #4 finish product area is available. Typical usage includes peanut butter, cookie dough, butter, and cheese.
