Marchant Schmidt, Inc. offers two styles of cheese slice accumulation systems. The Economy Cheese Slice Line is designed to allow for up to two lanes of incoming product with rates up to 80 ppm.
The High Speed Cheese Slice System is designed for higher speeds up to 140 ppm and allows for incoming product from two or four lanes of accumulation.
