Each cheese cuber is fully enclosed to shield the operator from the cutting process and designed to maximize the product flow through the machine, thereby increasing line efficiencies.
Automation allows the operators to prep the cheese for loading into the cutters. Each cheese cutter is designed to minimize sanitation time and maximize run time. All cutters follow USDA meat and dairy guidlines.
