Cheese Wedge Cutting System

This 2-stage cheese wedge cutter was designed exclusively to size reduce random or exact weight wedges. With a unique operator loading station, the wheels can be loaded and unloaded onto the cutting table. When the operator interfaces with the dual safety touch pad, the product indexes automatically into the cutting area. The product is then cut to the required wedge size. After the cycle is completed, the cut product is indexed back out to the loading area. The quad blade design offers speed & accuracy, with a rotary cutting table that can be easily removed.

A dual Wedge Cutting system is also offered for additional cutting speed. This allows the operator to load and unload one cutting table while the other side is being cut. All of these cutting machines are capable of full washdown and are easily accessible for cleaning.
