Loaf / Stick Cutter

The Loaf/Stick Cutter was designed to size reduce blocks of cheese down to a pre-determined exact weight loaf/stick size. The machine features include using block centralization that allows for a minimal amount of trim to be taken from the side of the block. Also, by using a vertical retractable product pusher, the overall footprint of the machine can be minimized. The single stage harp and pusher are easily removed for product changeover or cleaning. The machine is fully guarded with safety interlocks.

Typical applications include pre-cutting cheese blocks into loaves for slicer or MSI DCM Deli Cutters.
