Cheese Shredding System

The MSI Retail Cheese Shredding System was designed to feed one shredder or dicer at a flow rate of 2,000 - 3,000 lbs/hr. The shred system can be changed over from shredder to dicer by using a portable trolley. The machines can be rolled into place within minutes.
