The MSI Retail Cheese Shred System was designed to feed one or two shredders or dicers at a flow rate of 2,000 - 6,000 lbs/hr. The shredding system can be changed over from shredder to dicer by using a portable trolley. The machines can be rolled into place within minutes. With the 2-lane divert chute, the system feeds evenly to the two cheese shredders or dicers and with an internal divert blade, the system can change the flow to one machine during amperage spikes or required maintenance. This allows for minimal downtime and increased product throughput.

Retail Shred System |
MS80 Cheese Cutting Machine - reduces cheese blocks or wheels to required cut size. The 2-stage cutting system also allows for blending of multi-cheeses. |
