Volumetric Dispenser

The PD2000 Volumetric Dispenser is designed for the application of powder in food processing environments. This same dispenser can apply cellulose, spices, salt or other dry ingredients on any processing line. Various mounting arrangements can be custom designed for individual lines. For loading powder into the dispenser, a vacuum loading system can also be provided to eliminate operators from having to carry, lift and dump large bags. This vacuum system also eliminates airborne dust. The PD2000 is easy to clean. Tri-clamp ferrules house the auger bushing, agitator and discharge tube. It takes less than a minute to remove the auger for cleaning, simply remove the clamp and pull the auger completely out of the dispenser.
