The LC40 Loaf Cutting System size reduces cheese blocks to a predetermined loaf size. The spring-loaded wire harp can be easily removed for different product sizes. A loaf denesting module can be added to the discharge to send product to a slicer or Thermoform machine. This cutter was designed with sanitation in mind by following USDA guidelines for easy access and cleaning. You will minimize labor with the automatic cutting system and maintain safety with the use of fully interlocked guards throughout the machine. The operator touchscreen offers easy access for program changes and adjustments.
