Liquid Spray Applicator

The Spray System uses an atomization nozzle to give food products a continuous coating. The fluid is recirculated through the nozzle return line to allow viscosity to remain consistent and to prevent product setup. Optional heating and cooling system is available for temperature-dependent products. Many different application rates and densities can be achieved by adjusting the liquid flow and pneumatic pressure. The Spray Applicator follows strict USDA sanitary guidelines for the design, manufacturing and cleaning of equipment. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction will withstand harsh environments associated with daily washdown.
