This Single Stage Cheese Cutting Machine provides simple operation & manual tooling. It was developed to cut 40 lb. (20 kg) blocks into varying portion sizes but can also be used to cut 40 lb. (20 kg.) blocks into sticks for slicing machines. The machine averages (3) blocks per minute through the cutting process. It is an excellent choice for simple single-stage cheese cutting applications.
