Sanitary Product Auger
Auger Conveyors are designed for the transfer of dry products (grated cheese, dry pasta, pharmaceutical products, etc...) feeding process lines or vertical scale/packaging equipment. The covered trough and flighted auger design provides for a metered flow with excellent containment and minimal product loss at steeper incline angles. The auger shaft is made with stainless steel pipe and machined stub shafts. Trough ends are plate material with stand-offs for the flange bearings and shaft seals.
Designed to sit on a square tube frame with casters for easy mobility. Support frame is not included in asking price but is available upon request and can be customized for specific use.

Liquid Spray Applicator
The spray applicator is designed for the continuous coating for food products through the use of an atomization nozzle. The fluid is recirculated through the nozzle return line to allow viscosity to remain consistent and to prevent product setup. Optional heating system is available for temperature dependent products. Many different application rates and densities can be achieved by adjusting the liquid flow and pneumatic pressure. Heavy duty stainless steel construction will withstand harsh environments associated with daily washdown.

18" Wide Bucket Elevator
A custom designed Bucket Elevator that offers removable guards for easy access and an open tubular frame design. The individual sanitary molded buckets promote a metered flow of product with an internal leveling device to maximize bucket capacity. This model is equipped with a CIP wash system to help in sanitation of buckets and minimize downtime for clean up.
