The VCS640 Vision Cutting System is a revolutionary fixed-weight cheese cutting system that maximizes yield, minimizes giveaway, and produces a throughput up to 180 ppm. The system starts with the reduction of a 640 lb. block of cheese and pending on final cut size, the block is reduced to a pre-determined loaf size. The system is integrated with the latest in vision optimization technology, with the use of multiple 3-D cameras that can view all sides of the block and maximize yield and reduce trim.
