A two-axis cake/food industry rotating cutter using either a set of ultrasonic knives or conventional blades. Cakes are cut into a predetermined number of pieces per the pre-programmed information the cutter receives. The cake sits on a platform that rotates 360 degrees and can make a variety of angled cuts. A shuttle version is also available which allows cutting cakes in boxes up to 24” x 18”.
