A fully integrated cheese shredding/grating system with a compact design that requires minimal floor space and allows for economic cost solution to your shredding needs. This line size reduces 40lg (20kg) cheese blocks or off-cuts by manually feeding them into the cuber and then fed directly into the shredder. The shredded cheese is then transferred to the tumble/mixing drum to gently mix in the cellulose or mix blends of cheese. The shredded cheese is then conveyed to the packaging area or bulk-off for further processing.
