The EC20 is a two-stage wire-cutting machine that reduces cheese blocks to fixed dimension portions. The operator loads a block into the cut chamber and manually initiates the cut cycle. Cheese is pushed vertically, then horizontally through both cutting sets and discharges onto static rollers. The interchangeable cutting sets support a variety of block sizes and portion dimensions. A mechanical height halving mechanism automatically centers the horizontal cut wire based on block height. The machine is fully guarded with safety interlocks and suitable for washdown.
