An innovative solution for accumulation and continuous feeding of sliced cheese. The slice accumulation line can easily be integrated with a slicer with up to (6) lanes for continuous production flow. The system utilizes a first-in first-out sequence to ensure product freshness. Product is transferred through an optional auto reject area where underweight portions can be manually reworked and automatically placed back into the flow of product. The cheese is accumulated and consistently released to the product merge belt where it is transferred into a single stream. After the alignment area, the cheese slices or stacks are transferred to the film of a flow wrapper.
