The automatic 640 block cutting system is designed to reduce a 640 lb. block of cheese into bars that can be used by downstream equipment such as on a portion or slice line. The system measures the incoming block and evenly divides the layers and bars. Cut product is automatically discharged on a conveyor belt directly into downstream equipment.
