The Marchant Schmidt Pre-breaker is ideally suited for hard cheese product prior to going through the mill to produce grated product. Blocks or wheels of hard cheese are conveyed into the pre-breaker chute where three drums with fingers reduce the blocks of cheese to dispense onto an MS3000 Conveyor for further processing downstream.
