The TC3000 trim cutting system size reduces off-cuts typically generated from slice and portion cutting lines. This machine was designed to be used in conjunction with a shredding or grating line. By metering a flow of off-cuts up the incline belt to the TC3000 trim cutter, product rates can be adjusted to a ratio of trim into the flow of fresh cubed cheese. Also designed with easy access for cleaning and maintenance, the gull-wing doors offer access from both sides of the machine.
