The EC30 wheel disk cutting machine cuts wheels of hard cheese. The operator enters the height of the cheese or the number of cuts required. The machine then scores the cheese and cuts it to the required height. The machine is equipped with quick-release centralizing blades to ensure the product is accurately placed for all cuts. An option to take top and bottom trim is included, along with a pre-programmed recipe to remove the touch rind if selected.
