The MS3000 Cube Metering Conveyor optimizes shred line production by converting a batch process into a continuous operation. Cubes are received on the lower horizontal section and advance slowly up the incline. Due to the steep angle of the incline, cubes fall back into the horizontal section and mix with the next batch of cheese. Cubes that remain in the conveyor flights are carried at a steady rate into the shred or dice machine downstream. Solid Urethane belt with single splice for easy removal. The MS3000 can be configured with an extended horizontal section for easy addition of trim cuts.
